Scope of work 

Make up artist and Hair stylist shall be responsible for the following:

Consulting with the client to determine the desired look for the event. 

Providing a trial run on a date and time that suits both the client and the Wild Belief Team for weddings.

Arriving on time and setting up workstations to avoid and inconvenience. 

Applying make up for the client for the person/s who the client is representing.

Applying hair up styles for the client or the person/s who the client is representing.

We would like you to have the best possible experience with Wild Belief.

Wild Belief provides this Terms and Conditions template as a guide for using our services. Descriptions of services 

Makeup artist and Hair stylist will provide makeup and hair up styles services to the Client. 

Terms of Booking

• For mobile work, a minimum call out of 4 services is required whether that be hair makeup or a combination of both.

• Price list is updated yearly and is subject to change without notice.

• Wild Belief books on a first come, first reserved basis. Appointment dates/times are not held or secured without a 50% booking fee for each service required.

• Booking Fees must be paid within 24 hours of your time/date may no longer be available.

• Wild belief requires information on whether the client has allergies.

• In cases of a reaction or allergies it is your responsibility to ensure that we know of any if any. And we take no responsibilities for any allergies.

• In no event shall Wild Belief have any liability for allergies incidental or consequential damages however characterized, for example eczema, sensitive skin and eyes, hay fever, etc.

• Wild Belief reserves the right to take photographic or film records of any of our make-up applications and may use any such photographs for promotional and/or commercial purposes – only with your consent, of course.

• For group bookings, please ensure all clients are ready to go for their appointments. Wild Belief writes up a call sheet to allocate enough time per person to be ready by time given by client, so it is important to adhere to the call sheet, so clients are ready in a timely manner.

• Please inform me at the time of booking if anyone has any known allergies to any cosmetic products. I am not liable for any allergic reactions.

• Please notify me if anyone in the bridal party has any cold sores/contagious skin/eye infections on the wedding day. I reserve the right to not use certain products on clients with cold sores/contagious skin/eye infections. Own lipsticks may be necessary in the event of cold sores. I will not be liable for any reactions to any of the products used.

• I have the right to cancel your booking or refuse my services on anyone at any time, if deemed to be of a hygiene/health risk, for example cold sores/colds and any other contagious illnesses.

• All of my products, tools and brushes are cleaned and sanitized after each client.

Payment

• Each service will require a 50% non-refundable booking fee which is transferable of agreed amount within 48 hours of confirming booking payable via bank deposit. This will be deducted from the total owing for your wedding/event date.

• When paying Wild Belief via bank deposit, please put in description your name and date of booking. For example: Susan 28/05/2024

• A confirmation email will be sent to confirm and reserve the booking when the booking fee payment is received.

• Holding date booking fees are nonrefundable but are transferable once Wild Belief has availability.

• Final payment of your invoice is due the morning of your wedding

Payment Policy

• We accept payment by cash and credit/debit card. 

Travel

• Travel charges will apply for any mobile service.

• Rental fee for any rental for group bookings

• Wild Belief will confirm your total travel cost when confirming your booking!

• Where car parking is restricted, it is your responsibility to arrange parking or incur the cost of any parking fees.

• In some cases, a cost of hotel stay is needed.

Cancellations / Changes

• Any reductions in the booked number of people for your wedding/event date will still need to be paid in full if less than two months’ notice is given. If your booking is for an event only, less than two weeks’ notice will require full payment.

• Please notify me if location changes as soon as possible. This may result in a revised quote due to travel fees, early call out fee, etc. If this is the case, I will send you a revised quote.

• After your bridal trial, Wild Belief is not obliged to secure your wedding date without a 50% booking fee for each service and is not obliged to notify you if we no longer have capacity on your wedding day/event date.

• A late fee may incur an extra charge of 20%. 

• A no show will not be refundable. 

Special Occasion Makeup:

A booking fee of 50% per person is required for special occasion makeup to secure an appointment. The appointment will be confirmed on receipt of the booking fee being paid. The final balance is due on or before your appointment.

The booking fee is non-refundable.

Cancellations

• If the client cancels the booking fee will not be refunded.

• Weddings: Cancellations within 14 days of the date of the event are chargeable in full.

• In the unlikely event that the Wild Belief cancels, as much advance notice as possible will be given to the client and every effort will be made to find a replacement Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist. If no replacement can be found, then money paid in advance by the client to Wild Belief will be refunded with exception of the payment for a bridal trial.

• In the event of Wild Belief will not be able to attend in extraordinary circumstances or emergency we will do your best to provide cover.

• If the booking is directly affected by circumstances beyond the control of the Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist including but not limited to weather conditions, safety reasons, no compensation will be offered on the Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist part. It is advised that the client takes out wedding / event insurance to cover these situations.

• If the client needs to change the date of the event or wedding the Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist will do her best to accommodate this where possible and the client’s payment will be transferred to the new date. If the new date is unavailable then the booking will be cancelled and the cancellation process, as stated above, will apply. The Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist will try to find the client another Makeup Artist who is available on the new date, however, this cannot be guaranteed.

 Bridal Wedding bookings:

• Bridal bookings, a minimum call out is three adults plus bride.

• All brides will be given a consultation form to fill out prior on there trail date.

• Products used and desired look to give them the best possible experience and there dream Makeup a reality on the morning of.

• Wild Belief books on a first come, first reserved basis. Appointment dates/times are not held or secured without a 50% booking fee for each service required

• The wedding/event date booking is not secure until 50% booking fee is paid.

• Please inform me at the time of booking if anyone has any known allergies to any cosmetic products. I am not liable for any allergic reactions.

• Please notify me if anyone in the bridal party has any cold sores/contagious skin/eye infections on the wedding day. Special Occasion Makeup:

A cancellation within 24 hours of the appointment is chargeable in full. If the client cancels 7 days or more before the appointment, then the appointment can be rearranged. A late fee will incur of 20% charge or maybe cancelled without a refund. A no show will be non-refundable. 

Photography

With the client’s consent, Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist would like to take photos to increase the Makeup Artist/Hair Stylist portfolio. These may be used on the Makeup Artist’s website and social media pages for future clients to view. Consent for photos is obtained on the booking form at the bridal trial. The client can withdraw their consent at any time.

Liability and Disclaimers

Wild Belief is not responsible for any damage to personal property or client injury in the salon. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to release Wild Belief from any liability for any damages, injuries, or other claims that may arise.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property, including trademarks and logos, are the property of Wild Belief. Clients cannot use or reproduce any salon materials or content without our prior written consent.

Property 

Any damage either externally or internally, breakages, equipment stolen either deliberate or accidental will be fully charged to the client who has made the booking. 

Data Protection

Please read the privacy policy carefully as it explains practices regarding the personal data collected from the client, or that the client provides to Nikita Weldon of Wild Belief and how the data will be processed.

Any information provided by the client (e.g. name, telephone number, address) will be treated as confidential. This information is securely stored and is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and in line with the principles of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By financially securing your booking fee and signing the booking form the client accepts these terms and conditions.
