Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Festival Hair & Makeup Services 1. Bookings Pre-booking is recommended to secure your preferred appointment time. Walk-in appointments are welcome, subject to availability. All bookings are confirmed once scheduled with our team. Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. 2. Arrival Time Clients are asked to arrive on time for their appointment. Late arrivals may result in a reduced service time or cancellation without a refund. As we are operating within a busy festival environment, occasional delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and will always do our best to provide an efficient, high-quality service. 3. Cancellations & No-Shows All cancellations are charged in full, as appointment times are reserved exclusively and may result in other clients being turned away. No-shows will also be charged in full. Last-minute cancellations will be charged in full with no refund. 4. Payments Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. We accept cash and card payments. Cash is preferred where possible. Online bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking. All prices are clearly displayed. 5. Health & Safety Clients must inform our team of any allergies, skin sensitivities, medical conditions, or other concerns before their appointment. We use professional-grade products; however, we cannot accept responsibility for any allergic reactions or sensitivities that may occur. 6. Preparation To help us provide the best possible service within your appointment time: Makeup Services arrive with clean, makeup-free skin. Hair Services Hair should be clean and dry unless you have booked a blow-dry. As we do not have a wash basin in our festival salon, clients booked for a blow-dry must arrive with freshly washed, wet hair. 7. Service Limitations All services are provided within the allocated appointment time to ensure we can accommodate all clients.We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service if a client is intoxicated, abusive, behaves inappropriately, or is otherwise deemed unfit for treatment. 8. Personal Belongings Clients are responsible for their belongings We accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. 9. Festival Environment Any damage or breakages caused to our equipment, furniture, or festival salon by a client during their appointment will be charged to the person responsible for the booking.
